        Tonight in season opener, Gibsonburg traveled to Elmore to take on Woodmore Wildcats. In the first quarter, Golden Bears were on an 8-0 run but Woodmore cut it to a four point lead. At the end of the first Golden Bears led 14-10. Then in the second quarter, Golden Bears maintained their lead 30-25 going into half time. In the third quarter, Golden Bears came out with back to back scores. Going into the fourth quarter Bears were leading 47-40. Later in the fourth quarter, the Wildcats never gave up and came back and sent the game into overtime 61-61. Finally, Golden Bears finish strongly defeating the Wildcats in overtime 78-68. Next Game for the Golden Bears is @ home on December 6 vs Maumee Valley.
