                Tonight on December 22, 2015 the Golden Bears were in league play against the Danbury Lakers. Gibsonburg looked to get to wins in a row tonight if they could win tonight.  In the first quarter, the Bears went on a great earlier run but Danbury crawled their way back at the end of the first quarter Bears lead 19-14. In the second quarter Bears were struggling offensively, Lakers went on a run and pulled to a halftime lead 39-35.

                In the third quarter, the bears came out with a bang scored tremendously with the fast break points and only gave up only eight points in the third quarter. Gibsonburg was leading 56-47 at the end of third quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Golden Bears pulled away, played team basketball and ran away with the victory over the Lakers 79-56. The Bears will be in action virus Genoa on December 29 at home come support!
