        Homecoming night for the Gibsonburg Golden Bears! All week has been exciting but tonight was a huge win for the Golden Bears to improve to 8-0.

        Right away the Golden Bears started off with a touchdown run by Ryan Clark. With 7 minutes remaining in the first quarter Ryan Clark throws a huge touchdown pass to Marcus Tille. Few possessions later, Josh Dyer answers with an interception. On the drive after interception Ryan Clark throws a beautitful pass to Erik Jahna for a Golden Bears touchdown. With the first quarter winding down Ryan Clark throws another touchdown to Erik Jahna for six to put the Golden Bears up 26-0 after 1st quarter.

        Early, in the second quarter in the red zone Griffin Geary runs in for a touchdown. With 5 minutes remaining in the second quarter Alex Richards at the red zone runs it in for a touchdown. Then Golden Bears stoped the Lakers to a 4th down on punt return Erik Jahna returns it all the way for a big touchdown. The Bears had the lead 45-0 at half.

         The Golden Bears defense only allowed eight points tonight what a great deffense by the Bears. The Bears were quiet in the second half but was enough for The Golden Bears with a terrific win over Danbury 45-8!!
