          Tonight the Golden Bears travel on the road tonight vs at Lakota. Gibsonburg racked up 455 yards of offense Friday and score in each of its four quarters to hand Lakota a 44-26 setback. Ryan Clark scored from five yards out to give the Golden Bears (2-0 overall) a 16-0 lead in the opening quarter. After a four yard touchdown run by Addison Weaver in the second quarter giving Gibsonburg a 24-6 lead, Lakota’s Tyler Gabel scored from a yard out to take the game into the half with a Golden Bears’ lead of 24-12. Madison Jaso gave Gibsonburg a 32-12 lead in the third quarter on a touchdown run of nine yards.  Clark completed the two point conversion on a run. Clark tossed two touchdowns, one of 48 yards to Jaso and the other a 19 yarder to Kane Gomez while finishing 11-of-21 for 216 yards. Jaso finished with 155 yards rushing on 21 carries and also caught two passes for 58 yards. Gomez had four catches for 64 yards for Gibsonburg. The Golden Bears are 2-0 this season. Next game is a home game vs Saint Joe.
